| Mark teaches media law at Marist College in New York. His research focuses on the intersection of journalism and law. While a law student at Georgetown, Mark studied litigation, the First Amendment and media law. The former journalist also spent a semester volunteering full-time at the Institute for Public Representation. He helped the pro bono law clinic litigation civil rights cases, including Freedom of Information Act complaints against government agencies improperly withholding public records. |
