| Mark teaches a Free Speech course at Adelphi University and a Mass Communication Law course at Marist College. His research focuses on the intersection of journalism and law. While a law student at Georgetown, Mark studied litigation, the First Amendment and media law. The former journalist also volunteered for six months at the Institute for Public Representation, helping the pro bono law clinic litigate civil rights cases, including Freedom of Information Act complaints against government agencies improperly withholding public records. Mark also worked at a law firm in Philadelphia. |
